Ingredients
2 lb. powdered sugar
1/3 cup Wilton meringue powder
3/4 cup warm water
1/4 tsp. flavoring if desired
*Add water as needed to thin.
Outline consultancy should be thicker.
Add water to make fill/flood consistency, which is a little thinner.
Divide icing into however many colors you need and add the food coloring. 

Directions
Beat first three ingredients (four if you are using flavoring) until they are like marshmallow fluff, about  2-4 minutes.
 
Store in airtight in fridge with Saranwrap touching it. 2 weeks in fridge. Or 2 months in freezer.

Serving size depends on how many cookies you are making.
